Ya know they already put a copyright on the name Doom 4? Can't wait for the next release.

i kinda like doom, i finished the first one when i was 5!
but i don't know, the Doom 3 is too Creepy, scary and Tense for me.

Anyone has tried here the addon for doom3 called Doom 3 Classic ?

It is simply awesome, it has the old models for some weapons and the songs are redone in electric guitar.

The first and second ones were action oriented, really old too, not scary. But the third one of the franchise was several years later, it had awesome graphics by its time and it was focused more on scaring and less action type, darker enviroments and so.

Doom it's the FPS. It's old and have a bad graphic, but Doom have also an incredible charisma and damn, it's funny! :D

doom are the godfather of all games and nothing can beat doom i have played all of the doom games and i only think doom 3 and roe is scary

Absolutely! I play all the time in Skulltag, an online server browser for Doom 1 and 2. Oh and did I mention modern pc controls? Yeah, it's awesome.

Doom3 must be played with vibrated headphones..
in doom series enemies are attacking mostly from behind. when something attacked behind and your heads shaked with the vibrated headphones you feel the real doom (:
