LoL she really hate it :D
I use a cheap 6 litre air compressor (about 50€ I think...) that I have to use with an airbrush.. its noisy till the tank fills but then no noise till next charge.. Compressed Air pistol blowing + Vacuum cleaner eating...the best option for me.Yep! vacuum cleaner is a good tool to mantain the hardware clean. Compressed Air pistol blowing + Vacuum cleaner eating...the best option for me. One time I killed an old computer where I took the regular vacuum with the hose and the brush and literally swept over my mobo. Let's say that upon turning on the PC it did not boot and the mobo was fried! Hahah, next time use compressed air and use the hose to suck the dirt. The goal of cleaning the motherboard is to remove all dust and debris from the motherboard and all components inside of the case. This can be done using one of three methods.
_________________ aprilaire Pretty much anything that blows a large amount of air will do it lol. I use an air bed pump to blow out all the dust and stuff when it gets too dirty.
You can also buy a can of compressed air. Why to clean motherboard? I'd never cleand it,I think there is no dust or something...I just clean case and coolers, nothing else..Can someone answer me why cleaning mbo?
DUST
it reaches everywhere... and your mobo is the most sensible part..fans can live with dust...but mobo will die overheated or shortcuted if you leave the dust from years all over the place :) DUST Im cleaning my computer every 1 or 2 moths but never motherboard :S... With what I can clean it,because I go to trip 8.20 or in european 20.8 and I will be there 1 weak and I want to clean mother board too because I will clean whole computer, why dont motherboard when cleaning whole computer ![]() something that can blow air and remove all dust and dirt that may have spread over the mobo with the time.
jsut be carefull you dont touch/hit any part of the mobo while the cleaning so you dont damage anything vital on it..also remember dont use those magnetic screwdrivers. and to do earth contact to avoid static shortcuts while touching electronics. using a vacuum cleaner with one of those sort of soft brushes should do the trick and leave it clean as if it was new :) tnx, was actuallly needed it to clean my MB, its good guide for users like me, that dont know much about hardware and how to clean things up.
tnx alot mate, should be sticky. You can use vacuum cleaner also for this purpose but compressed air is the better solution to clean a system. Using a vacuum cleaner is dangerous because it can generate static elecricity and damage components. Be careful if you decide to use one. Using a vacuum cleaner is dangerous because it can generate static elecricity and damage components. Be careful if you decide to use one. This is paranoid. As long as you use the vacuum to BLOW air directly from the tube and without any brush attached it is exaggerated to say that static charged can be produced. Pages: [1] Go Up
